Company:

Cybercx Pty Ltd

Details of the offer

Employee Experience Manager (12-month fixed term contract) Responsible for developing targeted communications and change activities for a wide range of employee audiences including Executive communications.
05th August, 2024 The work we do matters
We protect and defend our customers and communities by providing the widest range of cyber security professional services in the region.

With more than 1,300 team members across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and US, we are a leading force in cyber security, offering services from strategy & consulting, governance, risk & compliance, managed security services, cloud security, digital forensics and cyber education.

If you're ready to work with teammates that get you, a leader that supports you and customers that need you, then you're ready for CyberCX.
What this role involves
Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), this role is a key member of the People & Culture (P&C) team. The role will be responsible for crafting and implementing communication strategies and tactics focused on enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience (EX), driving employee engagement & eNPS, as well as embedding our EVP across the entire employee lifecycle.

With a bias for action and a can-do attitude you will proactively partner with People & Culture portfolio leaders to collaborate and support their efforts to deliver enterprise-wide solutions and initiatives. You will own specific initiatives including Board and Executive presentations, leadership, and employee newsletters as well as key employee lifecycle activity messages. You have an exceptional ability to craft internal communications to a consistently high standard within a fast paced and high-pressured environment on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ensuring alignment with the purpose, vision, and values.
Day to day you will:
Develop and deliver effective communications that contribute to cultural and business success aligned to strategic business priorities and initiatives.
Maintain communication channels, style guides, templates and represent a tone of voice that delivers on the desired culture (e.g., two-way, transparent, exciting, inspiring) and ensure alignment of internal and external messaging (including ownership of intranet and other internal channels).
Work with the CPO and broader P&C team to deliver the 'voice of our people', ensuring consideration of communications during programs/integration activities.
Supporting organisational change initiatives through the delivery of effective change and communication plans in partnership with the P&C Business Partnering team and senior leaders.
Skills and experience
This role requires full working rights in Australia (no current or future sponsorship will be offered). Only Melbourne based applicants will be considered for this role.
With a strong bias for action and sense of urgency, you have high energy, are confident, credible and bring with you proven experience, knowledge, and skills in employee and internal communications. You have a strong track record in the development and delivery of engagement/EVP/EX strategies and initiatives that deliver measurable return on investment and sustainable results within a corporate environment.

You thrive in a fast paced, complex and fluid environment, taking your own initiative to deliver results, flexible and agile in your approach to changing business needs with a customer centred approach to the design and development of communication strategies and solutions.

Your approach will be inclusive and collaborative with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take a hands-on approach to get things done, working flexibly to meet the demands of our CEO & CPO.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Relevant formal qualifications, preferably in communications, journalism, or marketing.
Exemplary writing and communications skills.
At least 5+ years' experience in corporate communications, with specific experience in executive communications and engagement.
Expertise in PowerPoint presentations, with a high level of creative flair.
Natural ability to influence at senior executive / C-Suite levels with strong stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record in leading and developing effective organisation-wide internal communications and employee engagement programs.
Project management skills with the ability to multitask, working under pressure, achieving agreed outcomes, and managing to budget.
Experience with a variety of production processes (IT, print, broadcast).
Our ideal candidate needs to have demonstrable experience in both internal communications as well as the employee experience (EX).
Great advantages for great people
A salary package that recognises your experience plus a range of advantages (just some of which are listed below – ask us for a benefits brochure).
