We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager 2IC to join our team and help us create a vibrant and welcoming shopping environment while supporting our dedicated team.As the Retail Manager 2IC for the Ellerslie Hub, you will play a key role in assisting the Hub Manager with day-to-day operations and will be there when they are not. This role has a particular interest in contributing to a visually engaging store and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your flair for merchandising, strong people skills, and commitment to our cause will be essential in driving the success of our store.You may have a background in retail merchandising, home staging, visual, interior or textile design.
