We currently require an experienced Electrician to join our Christchurch team.
About the Role: The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades team comprised of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Carpentry/Handyman services. The workload will consist of a combination of planned and reactive maintenance and project work. Our clients include major banks, supermarkets, and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises.
About You: Electrical Trade qualified.NZ Electrical License 'no limits' (Electrical).Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.HVAC knowledge is highly desirable.Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.Excellent written and spoken English.Ability or willingness to learn to use a tablet/iPad (for job dispatch).Why join Cushman & Wakefield? The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
