Hospitality Supply Company – Whangarei, North IslandTeutonia Catering Equipment is an import company based in Whangarei, importing commercial catering equipment mainly from Italy.The ideal candidate would be an Electrician or Electrical Service Technician who can think outside the square and enjoys a broad range of duties.You need to have good communication skills to advise our customers and talk to our Italian partners.The position involves:Checking & prepping equipment to be dispatchedOnsite and offsite repairs to our wide range of commercial equipment, including commercial dishwashers, ovens, large commercial mixers, and coffee machines.Stock control of spare parts & equipmentKey requirements:Practising licence for either Electrician or Electrical Service TechnicianNZ Residency or NZ Work VisaValid NZ driver's licenceSelf-motivated and can work independentlyHonest and trustworthyBasic engineering knowledgeBackground in electrical or appliance servicingGood mechanical skillsUnderstanding of computer-controlled equipment, connecting systems to water, and electrical fault finding.We provide uniform, laptop, a company car, and a market remuneration package.
