This role is based in the Whangarei Hospital Pharmacy, working 80 hours per fortnight. Competitive salary, determined by experience.Key tasks include:Development, implementation, coordination and support of orientation, training and education systems and processes for pharmacy team membersDevelopment of materials and processes to support education, growth and achievement of core competenciesSkills and experience required:Able to lead, educate and support othersPassion for coaching and the professional development of self and othersExperience in being part of a team environmentAble to relate well and communicate effectively with colleagues, patients and caregiversHospital pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential. You will work alongside a dynamic and supportive team, with an interesting and wide variety of work to keep you engaged and motivated. We are looking for someone to join us on an exciting journey into the future of Te Whatu Ora Te Tai Tokerau hospital pharmacy services; including developments to buildings, information and supply systems and development of the dispensary and clinical team workforce.
