ECE Kaiako/Teacher (Cerificiated)The Salvation Army Early Childhood Education Centre Newtown, Wellington About the role We are searching for a passionate, qualified and registered Early Childhood teacher to join our team at our not-for-profit, small, mixed-age centre.
This role is a part time (3 day/24 hour) position, with the opportunity for additional casual hours each week, working with our older tamariki in the 2-6 year old space.
We are looking for a teacher who is excited to work alongside our wonderful team, implementing our caring, child-led, play based curriculum.About us The Salvation Army Early Childhood Education Centres provide quality, Christian Early Childhood Care and Education and wrap-around whanau care services in the local community, within our community hub at The Salvation Army, Newtown.
We are a small, mixed-age purpose built centre with children 0-6 years old, up to 30 tamariki in the ECE centre (20 Over Twos, 8 Infants and Toddlers) and 12 families per day in the Space class (Mon-Thurs).
