Country Kids Pre-School Ltd - Bay of PlentyECE Registered Teacher / ManagerFull Time, PermanentWe are seeking a registered ECE teacher/manager to manage our thriving centre and awesome staff. This is a 25–30 hrs/week position.The successful candidate must be passionate about children's development and wellbeing. They must have great management and leadership skills, be able to multi-task, and possess good administration skills. They should be a team player who can relate to and support colleagues, children's parents, and whanau. Enthusiasm, flexibility, commitment, and being a reflective practitioner who believes in and supports our philosophy are essential. A good understanding of the early childhood sector, including MOE ECE Licensing Criteria, Regulations, Te Ara Whanui, and Te Ara Poutama, is required. Responsibilities include undertaking staff appraisals, guiding Planning and Internal Review, and liaising with MOE and ERO. Previous early childhood management experience is necessary.We are a family-owned Christian preschool licensed for 56 children across 3 separate age groups.
