Here at Bumblebees and Buttercups, the future is bright. We have a beautiful, purpose-built Childcare and Learning Centre currently under construction on a picturesque site in Lockerbie Estate, Morrinsville.Job DescriptionThe role will involve working closely with the owners and helping to navigate the business through its next stages. You will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Centre and ensuring best practice across all areas of the business, including staff management, curriculum, compliance, policies, and procedures. You will also be leading a growing team of teachers across three rooms, ensuring the centre delivers the highest quality of education and care.QualificationsTo succeed in this role you will:Be an accomplished leader with a collaborative style and the ability to encourage staff to support organisational goals.Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and you will build strong connections with the children, parents, caregivers, whanau, and the wider community.Have a sound understanding of ministry requirements and a real desire to make a difference to children in their early years.Additional InformationThis is a unique opportunity to make your mark and be involved in a centre from its inception.
