Our client is an award-winning childcare provider who is focused on high-quality care for young children and building strong teams of passionate educators.Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Centre Manager who can lead a large team of teachers in West Auckland.As a Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in an educational environment and great communication skills to allow for fantastic relationship building amongst tamariki, families, and the team.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Provide strong leadership to our team of educators, creating a collaborative and supportive work culture.Curriculum Development: Work with educators to develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with New Zealand's Early Childhood Education Curriculum, Te Whariki.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise teaching staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.Parent and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and the local community.Compliance: Ensure the centre operates in compliance with all relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.Qualifications And ExperienceA recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or a recognised qualification in Primary and current teachers registration.Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.Strong knowledge of New Zealand's early childhood education regulations and curriculum.BenefitsFull pay parity benefits.Subsided health insurance.Leadership programme.Paid first aid and teachers registration.Generous resources and well-equipped centres.If you are interested in applying or would like to know more about the role, please reach out to ****** or submit your CV directly through the advert.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
