ECE Assistant Manager / 2IC | Busy Bees Te Kauwhata Are you ready to take the next step in your ECE career?
We are searching for an exceptional kaiako to step into the role of Assistant Manager at Busy Bees Te Kauwhata! Collaborating closely with the Centre Manager, you will provide invaluable support, demonstrating a strong presence on the floor, offering mentorship, coaching, and role modelling outstanding teaching practices to the team.
This position requires the ability to forge positive community connections, assist in compliance management, and contribute to sustaining and growing our enrolment levels will be an integral part of this role. As a fully registered ECE Teacher you will be a natural leader and will be instrumental in helping to lead, develop and inspire a team of talented teachers. The following skills, knowledge and capabilities are ideally required for this role:
Proven recent success in a leadership role with the ability to demonstrate an inclusive and collaborative leadership style
Outstanding time management and organisational skills
Initiative, desire and passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whariki
Innovative, resilient, committed, passionate and enthusiastic!
An ECE or Primary Level 7 qualification with a current Practicing Certificate
