This position presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth and development of young learners in a supportive, educational environment. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and education, and we are looking for a leader who shares our vision.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency and seamless functionality.Provide leadership and mentorship to a dedicated team of educators and administrative staff.Manage enrolments, staff scheduling, and centre budgets effectively.Implement marketing strategies to attract new families and promote the centre's unique strengths.Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and educational standards, adhering to all relevant regulations.Qualifications and Skills:A Bachelor of Education or Diploma of Teaching Level 7 (ECE), along with current teacher registration or certification.In-depth knowledge of Discover software and WINZ funding entitlements.Demonstrated experience in management and leadership roles within an Early Childhood Education setting.Proven leadership experience is essential.Comprehensive understanding of the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, Ministry of Education (MOE) requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations, and Code of Ethics.Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education regulations and the Te Whariki curriculum.Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.Why Join Us?At Cuddles Early Learning Centre, we offer a supportive and collaborative working environment, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and the wider community.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
