Early Childhood TeacherWe are looking for a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join a dedicated team in Epsom, Auckland.The centre offers Extended Pay Parity - hourly $29.78 - $41.09.About the Role:Seeking a qualified ECE teacher to inspire developing minds learning in a natural setting where children thrive through discovery and play in a nurturing environment. In this mixed-age service, 12 months - 5 years you will focus on:Holistic Nurturing: Supporting children's learning and growth.Guided by Philosophy: Aligning with the centre's values.Community Focus: Providing quality early learning for local families.Skills and Requirements:ECE or Primary Teaching Qualification (New Graduates welcome to apply).Current NZ Teacher Registration.Knowledge of the NZ curriculum and teaching styles.Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members.Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.Competency in observing and documenting children's development.Patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education.Adaptability and creativity in planning activities that suit mixed-age groups.Must be a New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum delivery.Observation.Caregiving.Promoting positive behavior.Collaboration and a passion for play-based learning.Building strong relationships with families.About the Centre:Founded on the belief that early childhood education should be warm, inviting, and community-focused, this centre provides an environment where everyday experiences are infused with learning.
