This is supported by the delivery of a best practice approach to student recruitment, and collaboration with student support services across the University to ensure students succeed.
The role contributes to the enactment of Te Kete, the University's strategic plan, through the delivery of a robust case management experience to dedicated cohorts moving through the enquiry and application phase of their student journey, and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also have:
An ability to deliver high-quality, professional service embedded in cultural understanding and care.

Experience with technology and relationship management systems.
Be detail-oriented and able to learn and follow regulatory processes in accordance with university and external agency requirements.
If you have relevant qualifications and a high level of professionalism, bring your individuality into an environment that draws on your strengths and offers continued support, growth and development.
