We're looking for a dynamic and organized Office Administrator/Personal Assistant to join our Mt Wellington Support Office. If you're passionate about providing top-notch customer service and supporting a high-energy team, this is the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do: Manage the diary for our busy Executive General ManagerCoordinate travel and events, including national and regional conferencesReconcile expenses and support our leadership teamPrepare reports and presentationsSupport our comms team with the handling of internal and external communicationsLead our admin support team to keep the office running smoothly.What You'll Need: Professionalism in all interactionsAbility to build strong relationships with key stakeholdersExcellent admin and data entry skills with high accuracyProactive time management and a commitment to exceeding expectationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDedication to outstanding customer service and teamworkDiscretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive mattersA positive, 'roll ya sleeves up' attitudeProficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.A minimum of five years' experience in an EA role to help you hit the ground running!GPC Asia Pacific Movement is in our DNA.
