You'll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community.The Role:Provide a high level of customer service and assist customers where neededIn the absence of department managers, ensure a consistently fresh & appealing shopping experience for customersManage the store in the eveningsWork with other staff members to ensure that stock is put out accuratelyEnsure high presentation standards in all departmentsBuild relationships with the wider team and leadership to achieve the very best resultsWhat's in it for you?If successful, you will join a business that prides itself on being 100% New Zealand owned and operated, become a part of a great community, and be a part of Highland Park's success from day one!What we're looking for:Proven customer service experience providing quality service for customersLCQ and/or Managers Certificate and experience selling alcoholPrevious duty manager or sole charge experience is advantageousReliable, honest, and a good team playerAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to supervise and lead a small teamSound computer literacy and a willingness to learn and use the latest technology
