Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of experience in a management role in a high-volume venue, a fantastic attitude with exceptional care and understanding for the overall customer experience, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, the right to work in New Zealand, and a current LCQ and manager's certificate or the ability to get one.In this role, you will be responsible for:Day-to-day operations of the venue including staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times.Legal compliance of the venue in particular to the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012.Assisting with events and group bookings.Financial management ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed.Assisting with the training and development of junior team members.Maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times.The BenefitsWhen you join Savor Group, you are joining a company that values you.
