Staff management, stock ordering and inventory control, maintaining health & safety and liquor licensing compliance will go hand in hand with pouring a great pint, so the ability to be flexible and calm under pressure is essential.A LCQ and current DM Certificate are preferred, Gaming and TAB knowledge would also be an asset.
