This is a permanent part-time role for 15.45 hours per week. You will be working Friday 0700-1500 and Sunday 1500-2315. Duties: First responder for any emergency requirementsFirst aid support when requiredRespond calmly to emergency call bells.Support the resident and village with daily activities when requiredCover Reception desk and provide general admin support to the village.Keep common areas neat and tidySkills and Experience Required: Current First Aid Certificate preferred although training is provided.Safe use of Personal Protective Equipment.Patience and willingness to deliver outstanding service to our residents.Energetic, reliable and a friendly customer service approachSole charge (with support available) - Ability to make decisions independently.Previous experience in administration/customer service.
