Duty Manager - New World Remuera

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager or someone with strong leadership abilities to work across various departments in store and to oversee the store in the evening.ABOUT THE ROLEThe primary role of the Duty Manager is to oversee all departments in store, with the overall goal of keeping our store full, fresh, and friendly.To be successful in this role you must:Be a strong leader who is capable of getting the best out of every team member in the store.Look at the big picture.
