Your primary focus will be on preventing theft and promoting a safe environment for both our team and customers. You will also take on the role of Duty Manager and take the lead in the absence of the manager, overseeing store operations and cashing up.You will keep the team focused by ensuring they are continuously developed, actively promoting a safe environment, ensuring trading requirements are met, controlling shrinkage, and maintaining consistency.As a problem solver, you'll be able to cope under pressure and calmly resolve any issues that may arise. You'll also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers to answer their queries.While prior experience in Loss Prevention is a plus, it's not a requirement.
