Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience.Manage inventory, control costs, and handle financial reporting to maximize profitability.Develop marketing strategies to attract customers and enhance brand loyalty.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.Create a positive work environment that promotes team engagement and development.Monitor performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with the executive team to align operations with business strategy.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in restaurant and bar management.Able to make a good range of cocktails.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.Proficient in financial management and budgeting.Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and compliance.Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.What We Offer:
