Duty Manager

Liquorland Matamata is seeking someone who is motivated, honest, reliable, trustworthy, has great initiative, is a hard worker, and loves customer service…treating people the way we would like to be treated ourselves.
Job Requirements: Certification: Must have an LCQ and Manager's Certificate (or ability to obtain both).
Legal Compliance: Strictly enforce the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
Compensation: Competitive pay rate between $24.00 - $26.00 (dependent on skills, experience, and work ethic).
Availability: Willing to work hospitality hours, including late nights and weekends.
Available for regular rostered hours.
Physical Fitness: Good physical fitness; regular heavy lifting required.
Communication: Great communication skills and excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently; well organized and self-motivated.
Attention to Detail: Strong emphasis on cleanliness and detail-oriented tasks.
Flexibility: Willingness to step in for team members during events, time off, or unexpected absences.
Enjoys busy environments and can perform well under pressure.
