Duty Manager

Public Kitchen and Bar, Finz Seafood and Grill, and Bella Cucina are three magnificent restaurants in the heart of Queenstown, collectively known as Wai Hospitality Group .

We are looking for Duty Managers who genuinely care and want to join and help lead an amazing team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

Your duties will include the following:

Managing shifts

Training quality staff

All aspects of food and beverage service

Taking reservations and inquiries professionally

Dealing with guest complaints in a prompt and efficient manner

Cashiering and balancing of the daily takings

Monitor and ensure compliance on shift

Place and receive stock orders through the CRM system

A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality is required and a current Managers Certificate is essential.

We offer:

Minimum of 30 hours rostered Monday to Sunday

$29.66 per hour
