We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Duty Manager role located on-site at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including managing staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.QualificationsHave at least 3 years of hotel/hospitality experience, ideally in 4+ or 5-star environments - previous management/supervisory experience will be an advantage.Be proficient with HMS and the Microsoft Suite.Have a sound understanding of managing OTA rates and sales.Be experienced in staff supervision and training.Knowledge of Queenstown and the local tourism industry is an advantage.Having your LCQ and First Aid Certificate is an advantage; however, training will be provided to gain these.You must be immaculately presented and have fluency in English with a strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally.You will be required to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts AM or PM.Work Rights:
