Duty Manager

This is both one of those rare places where both customers and staff really want to be!We are on the lookout to find the right person to fill the role for a Duty Manager position.The position involves weekend shifts and evenings, minimum 35 hours per week, working with a small but passionate team.Job Description:Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the team, including making sure team members understand their allocated tasks.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Providing supervision, training, and guidance to staff.Greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.Ability to multi-task and think on their feet in a busy environment.Be proactive.Continuously work to improve the efficiency of the restaurant by optimizing productivity.Available weekends, public holidays, and school holidays to meet the demands of our small but busy business, as well as a mix of morning and evening shifts as the business requires.Must hold a current Duty Manager's Certificate.If this role sounds like you, please send your CV to ****** application will include the following question:Do you hold a current New Zealand General Manager's certificate?
