Duty Manager

We are looking for an all rounded Duty Support Manager to support the effective operation of the hotel by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests respectively.
You will need to be an effective communicator, have a hands-on and approachable leadership style, and possess a passion for delivering a first-class customer journey. You will be extremely organised and able to implement and support company standards.
What you'll need:
Previous experience in a quality hospitality establishment
Previous supervisor or management experience
A background in either restaurant or banqueting is beneficial
Excellent communication skills
A strong motivator
Positive attitude and extremely customer-focused
Hands-on approach
