Duty Manager

About the role?
For this role, we are looking for a dedicated Duty Manager to oversee our staff sales store on a part-time basis.
This role is responsible for the managing of store operations, providing exceptional customer service and working alongside our operational teams to ensure smooth product sales.
This role will operate predominantly on Thursdays from 1pm to 4pm and Fridays from 11am to 6pm but there can be some flexibility on these hours.
Your skills and attributes will demonstrate: Strong communication skillsCustomer Service experiencePrevious experience using point of sales (POS) softwareComputer skills for inventory managementAttention to detail A proactive, independent work ethic with the ability to work unsupervisedSome physical capability to lift heavy products including alcoholWhat will set you up for success?

A current Duty Manager's certificate and knowledge of NZ Liquor Laws is highly desirable; however, training can be provided to the right candidate.
