Our diverse entertainment options ensure that something exciting always happens at Flashbacks.Qualifications & experienceWork experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role currently holds a manager's certificationPrevious experience in the industryKnowledge of cash management and bookkeeping proceduresAvailability to work on the weekendsCurrent First aid certificationTasks & responsibilitiesTo work with the security team with intoxication, crowd control and IDs, and daily function of the barTo comply with The Sale and Supply of Alcohol, Act 2012 and its amendments on all matters specified in that Act concerning staff and employee functions.To give prompt, efficient service to customers in a friendly manner.When responsible for locking up ensure that all cash is placed in a safe, alarms set and the premises properly secured. Ensure that all computer functions necessary for the close of business are completed.To report obnoxious conduct by customers, whether directed at a staff member or towards other customersTo operate all entertainment and air conditioning systems as required.Foodservice is to be performed in a prompt hygienic manner.
