Duty Manager

KPS & SK PRIVATE LIMITED, a popular pizza takeaway in New Zealand, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Position: Duty Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff performance.

Requirements:

NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent OR At least one year of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
