Duty Manager

We are currently looking for Duty Manager for our Bar who will be responsible for the below mentioned tasks:

Managing the on ground staff for daily operations and their day-to-day working.
Responsible for helping the management to motivate and supervise new and existing staff on duty. Also, providing them feedback on a timely basis.
Responding to customer complaints and maintaining relationships with them and other staff members.
Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.
Meeting and greeting customers, organizing table reservations and assisting in taking orders. Also advising customers on menu and drinks choice.
Supervising the staff shifts and adjusting their shift as per business needs.
Ensure that the dining facilities comply with health regulations, are clean, fictional and of suitable appearance.
Checking stock levels and order necessary supplies.
Managing particular day's cash flow of the bar.
Ensure bar staff can confidently describe wine list and menu items and can make recommendations when asked to do so.
Process and analyze information while scheduling and budgeting.
Record information about inventory and health practices.
Inspect equipment and order deliveries and ensure that it complies with the health & food standards.
Ensure that the bar is clean and tidy at all times.

You will be required to work for minimum of 30 hours per week.
The suitable candidate:

One year of relevant work experience.
Interpersonal skills
Physically fit so that the person can stand for longer hours.
Leadership skills
Should be available to work on weekends and evening shifts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Shift work
Weekend availability
