Duty Manager

We are looking for a Duty Manager for busy Pizza and fast food stores.Some of the daily tasks would be:Promote in-store offers, advertisements and promotions;Organize and monitor inventory levels;Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages;Ensure stock rotation and handling of food items;Prepare food items with the store staff;Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory;Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus;Maintain product and services quality as per the set standards including product delivery standards;Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services;Training, evaluating staff, and resolving staff grievances;Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service;Take feedback from the customers;Respond to customer's inquiries and complaints;Ensure customer service standards are met;Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift.Working on weekends and late nights and being available on-calls are required for this position.Preference will be given to candidates who are already in New Zealand.Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality is a MUST.4+ Years of hospitality experience required to qualify for the position.You should have a valid driving license.All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check when required.
