Duty Manager

Located on the rooftop of Westfield Newmarket Mall.We are looking for an awesome candidate to become our next Duty Manager.Who are we looking for?Be comfortable with leading the FOH team and managing shifts.Positive and friendly manner, be great with customers and have excellent communication skills with both kitchen and customers.Have a high level of responsibility and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings; currently part-time hours but can be increased for the right candidate.Be comfortable using a POS system and taking payments as well as cashing up at the end of the night.The right person must be able to learn the ingredients of our menu items and the different options needed for dietary requirements.At least one year of relevant experience is required; however, on-the-job training can be given.Ideally, we want someone already with a LCQ and a General Managers Certificate or the willingness to obtain one.Please apply through the Seek ad.
