Duty Manager

Role: Duty managerNo. of positions: 2x
 
Duties and responsibilities:
Control and Conduct day to day business operations efficiently by allocating the right job for the right people based on their skills to achieve maximum results during the shift
Engage the staff and meet the shift targets set by the Restaurant Brands for "Guest Experience Survey" which is currently 30 customer feedbacks per month
Lead by example for delivering exceptional customer service in-store and at home, deliveries keeping in mind fast and friendly service is the key for success
Managing the Delivery Drivers and making sure food Deliveries performed on time and delivering the ordered food accurately to avoid customer complaints
follow accurate forecasting methods to reduce the food wastage
Ensure all new initiatives, menu range and special promotions rolled out by Restaurant Brands are implemented effectively to optimise the sales
 
QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
 
A Bachelors or equivalent in Business management or Relevant qualification will be an advantage.
Minimum 4+ years of Experience in Pizza industry
LCQ and Managers certifications are desirable but not necessary.
