You will need to have great customer service skills and enjoy responsibility. This role is very hands-on, and it is for someone that can set the expectations for the team to follow by working faster and harder than those they lead.About the Role:It is the duty manager's role to ensure a great shopping experience for all customers while Department Managers aren't there and to keep the store running smoothly at all times.
