Duty Manager/Front Of House

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to work at Bendix Stables in Arrowtown.
We are looking for a strong candidate who is passionate about food and wine and has an excellent work ethic.
We provide a charming dining environment for our patrons, open from 10am onwards so you will need to be a consistent performer no matter how great the pressure and have the energy to work varied shifts.
Previous barista and/or cocktail making skills along with an excellent customer services skills are a must.
You must have at least one year of previous full time FOH experience at a successful, quality restaurant to apply.
You will require a Duty Managers Certificate or the ability to obtain one.
