We are searching for Duty Managers for Christchurch Tramway Restaurant, an exclusive Premium hospitality premises. About the Role - Duty Manager There is flexibility for less than 32 hours p/w to work alongside independent study, another job or other personal commitments. The role involves evening & day shifts available alongside the ability to work in our other premises. This provides a good balance with a flexible roster and friendly team environment. A key member of the team, reporting directly to the Tram Restaurant Manager. You will assist with their day-to-day duties and be the sole charge on their days off, acting as the third Duty Manager during the busy season ahead. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the team on shift and maintaining a positive environment. Deliver excellent customer service and meet set expectations. About You Passionate knowledge & experience with Restaurants and the hospitality industry. You should have the ability to multi-task, excellent communication, structured and time management skills. A friendly demeanor and outgoing personality are essential. A hands-on approach ensuring high team morale and environment is necessary. A Duty Manager licence is preferred; if not, training will be provided. A First Aid Certificate will also be provided.
