Duty Manager/ Bar tender/wait staff for the Hoi Polloi We are looking for an awesome hospitality star to join our professional team at the Hoi Polloi Bar & Bistro. Apply online and we will invite you for an interview.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Relations Greet customers warmly
Take customer orders in a pleasant and efficient manner
Assist with any special customer needs, i.e. children, disabled or elderly patrons

Maintains Quality restaurant operations Ensure customer areas are tidy at all times and are displayed in accordance with the establishment's standards
Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
Clean designated areas in accordance with procedures, morning/evening routines and hygiene requirements
Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
Advise Manager of supply shortages
Report any problems with either customer or equipment to the Manager
Follow instructions from the Manager/Supervisor
Any other duties the employer may reasonably require

Cash handling and contribution to store profitability Ensure customers are correctly charged and take payment from the customer in accordance with the procedures of the establishment
Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
Contribute to goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
Ensure the safety of the business's property and cash at all times
Participate in further training and learning as required
Participate and be involved in product development
Investigate and suggest new products and new preparation methods of existing product range.

Minimum Requirements:
Passion for food and beverage.
Positive attitude with a love for people.
Collaborative problem-solving approach and the ability to work under pressure.
A VALID LIQUOR LICENSE IS AN ADVANTAGE!
