Duty Manager & Bar Staff

Embers & Ashes by The Smokin' Que are seeking experienced Duty Managers, Bar Staff, and Mixologists to join our Christchurch team.We are looking for motivated candidates with exceptional customer service skills for full-time Duty Manager, Bar Staff, and Mixologist roles.Successful applicants will have exceptional customer service skills, along with a positive attitude, proven knowledge, and strong work ethics.***Must have full NZ working rights***Minimum Requirements:You have worked for a similar fast-paced busy restaurant and/or bar at a supervisory level for at least 3 years (DM Roles)You have a current Manager's Certificate (DM Roles)Ability to manage and conform with regulatory licensing requirementsYou have a current LCQ Certificate (bar staff)Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysYou have a passion for providing exceptional serviceAble to focus on staff development and trainingYou are confidently able to multitask and have solid relational skillsYou have great leadership and communication skills (DM Roles)Working together with the team to ensure the site is clean and tidy at all timesYou are an excellent problem solverYou love to work within a great team environment and enjoy fast-paced serviceYou get a buzz from working hard and getting great resultsYou understand how a restaurant works and are familiar with online reservations systems
