This Job role includes:

The Duty Manager has responsibility for the smooth running of the venue & the performance of the team, Both FOH & Kitchen.
You must work with & within these teams to get the best performance from the team. The team's performance is a reflection on your performance.

Lead by example!
Cashing up, correct balancing of the tills & cash management.
Taking bookings & creating a daily booking sheet that is correct for the needs of the business & the customers.
Order of service.
Following the order of service to ensure we take every opportunity to look after our customers Help create sales & Profit & Happy Customers returning.
This includes our up-selling system.
CBK, Stonegrill, & our Brand guidelines
We are part of a very successful Brand. CBK Craft Bar & Kitchen.
We have brand guidelines to achieve. From CBK Kaiapoi, CBK Brand, Stonegrill along with our Legal obligations.
We are a supervised license venue with an R18 Restricted Gaming Room.
You are responsible for the correct operation of these areas.
Cashing up, Locking up
Protection of the Company resources, Stock & Money along with our staff & company information.
We are looking for a Positive, Confident, Proactive Team Player who leads by example & is target-focused with the ability to learn.
We hire on personality & attitude; the requirements below & the information above are a helpful guide for possible candidates.
Helpful to have:
2 years' experience in customer service roles
Duty Managers License
Experience in Gaming Room Operation helpful
Passing a police criminal record check.
A True Hospitality Mindset.
