This hard hitting civil outfit is looking for their next Experienced Drainage Foreman to step up and take control of their own projects - Deep drainage, storm water and sewer installs. You'll be tackling these types of projects head on throughout Queenstown / Central Otago. Having grown drastically over the last few years in Queenstown, this team knows how to work hard yet celebrate success come Friday afternoon. As an expert in your field, you will have a proven ability to run teams and projects effectively and efficiently while achieving outstanding results, all while taking pride in a job well done.  Your work ethic and personality are extremely important to finding success in this role. Your team will be knowledgeable in the civil space, yet need a leader to steady the ship.  This role is be a hands on role leading the pack from the front and also when short staffed not being afraid of getting your hands dirty in the trenches with the lads. What we are looking for: Proven leadership skills & experience in civil infrastructure projects Top operating skills in drainage, infrastructure etc  Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail and hunger to deliver successful outcomes WTR, Class 2 or above and Drainage tickets are a must have  A problem solver with the ability to adapt in a fact-paced environment Please apply online now, or fire your CV through to (email protected) Applicants may be required to undertake pre-employment Alcohol and drug testing.
