As an expert in your field, you will have a proven ability to run teams and projects effectively and efficiently while achieving outstanding results, all while taking pride in a job well done.Your work ethic and personality are extremely important to finding success in this role. Your team will be knowledgeable in the civil space, yet need a leader to steady the ship.This role is a hands-on role leading the pack from the front and also when short-staffed not being afraid of getting your hands dirty in the trenches with the lads.What we are looking for:Proven leadership skills & experience in civil infrastructure projectsTop operating skills in drainage, infrastructure etcStrong communication skills with a keen eye for detail and hunger to deliver successful outcomesWTR, Class 2 or above and Drainage tickets are a must-haveA problem solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentPlease apply online now, or fire your CV through to ****** may be required to undertake pre-employment Alcohol and drug testing.Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
