About the role: We have an awesome opportunity for an experienced Drainage Foreman to join our team based in Christchurch. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a variety of projects across Canterbury, leading safely, on time & within budget, engaging, directing, and developing a team of up to 5.
What you bring to the role:

Extensive experience leading from the front, increasing your team's productivity while ensuring high quality of works.
Great people management skills with an open communication style.
Support the training and development of your team.
A minimum of 5 years drainage or water installation experience in public works is essential.
A clean licence with a minimum of class 2 and WTR endorsements. Class 4 would be an advantage.
An ability to work away from home at times would be beneficial.
Experience in other fields of civil construction work; roading, earthworks, or structural work would be an advantage.
