Our brokers provide the clarity and confidence you need to make insurance decisions.This is a 12-month parental cover contract.About the RoleThe Account Managers are responsible for developing and growing new business as well as strengthening existing client relationships. The purpose of this role is also to provide technical broking and support liaising with clients, underwriters, and external partners.Some of your responsibilities will include:Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business.Providing professional, accurate, and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders.Preparing proposals for new business opportunities.Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations.Skills and experience that will lead to success:You'll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor your approach to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone, or through written correspondence. Ideally, you will come from a similar background within the industry.A few key skills we look for:Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualification.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
