With brands like Alpine, Rolling Meadow, and Dairyworks, we are highly successful across grocery, foodservice, and export markets, making Dairyworks an exciting and rewarding place to work.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our training team on a fixed-term contract. The role is responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and improving documentation to ensure it is fit for purpose as we continue to grow. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all operational processes are accurately documented, accessible, and clearly defined, particularly in terms of competency assessments for specific roles. Additionally, you will play a key part in creating and amending documentation to optimise operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather information, review and update documentation, and identify process improvement opportunities.Organising a centralised documentation repository in our existing system (Mango) for easy access and ensuring standardisation of templates for consistency and simplicity.Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for operational processes, including SOPs and workflows.Reviewing and designing an operator competency assessment framework.Identifying opportunities for process improvement through documentation reviews.Key Requirements:Proven experience in process or operational documentation roles with strong writing, communication, and organisational skills.Proficient in computer skills and ability to work with various software systems.Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.Sound knowledge of food safety, quality, and health & safety requirements within a processing environment.Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to all levels of the organisation.A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with a wide range of people.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly within FMCG, would be beneficial.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment where you'll have the opportunity to make an impact on operational efficiency.
