They play a pivotal role in reducing carbon footprints and promoting a greener, more sustainable future for communities and businesses.About your new job:In light of this major period of growth, we are seeking an experienced Document Controller with a proven track record in managing documents for greenfield infrastructure projects:Document Management: Organising, managing, and maintaining company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity in line with the organization's green initiatives.Version Control: Maintaining proper version control of documents to ensure employees have access to the most up-to-date information regarding the greenfields projects.Data Entry: Accurately entering and updating data in the document management system, ensuring completeness and consistency across all documentation.Document Retrieval: Facilitating easy retrieval of documents by employees, ensuring that essential documents are readily available for project planning and execution.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of documents, taking corrective actions when necessary to maintain the highest quality standards.Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate document-related communication and ensure seamless collaboration among various departments.Compliance: Ensuring that all documents adhere to relevant regulatory standards and internal policies, particularly in the context of greenfields infrastructure projects.Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements related to document management, enhancing efficiency and productivity within the organization.About you!• Previous experience in document control or a related field, preferably within the context of greenfields infrastructure projects.• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail - ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.• Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to the organisation's goals and green initiatives.What's in it for you?• The opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting joint ventures in NSW.• Newly created role – Create a legacy!• Work with innovative and supportive leaders who have extensive experience in the industry who are keen to develop, enhance and support you.All Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
