Your day to day will consist of leading and monitoring operations, supporting your Departmental Management Team to achieve consistently high safety, environmental, quality and financial performance, while delivering client and staff satisfaction.In addition to the above you will:Financial Management, including Opex, Capex and Contracts.Contract review, forward work and commercial support.Enhancing productivities and creating centres of excellence.Key stakeholder engagement and customer relationships.Compliance across the full HSQES functions (with support from our in-house specialists).We're looking for someone with:Extensive experience in surfacing.A natural leader who identifies talent growth, development, and resources teams efficiently.A genuine interest in keeping our Central Otago community connected.You will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent.
