About the role:
Te Whatu Ora, Te Matu a Maui (Hawke's Bay) Community Nursing Service is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join the District Nursing Service. This position provides a unique opportunity to support patients requiring specialist and generalist nursing care in the community environment. You will work rostered and rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 0800–1630 hours, across various locations including Napier, Hastings, and community or primary health sites. This role offers permanent full-time or part-time options.

Skills and experience:
A current New Zealand Nursing Council registration and annual practising certificate
Proven nursing experience in community care or a hospital setting
Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
Confidence in providing holistic care to patients across diverse health needs
Ability to work autonomously and manage your caseload effectively
A current full driver's licence
