Position Overview:
We're seeking experienced District Nurses who can provide at-home care to patients needing medical support. You'll travel within the community to assess, monitor, and support patient care, helping patients maintain health and independence at home.
Responsibilities: Provide clinical care and support to patients in their homes.Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, and other professionals to manage patient care.Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.Requirements: Nursing qualification with current registration.Experience in community nursing or similar roles.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Why Wofo?
