This is an incredible opportunity to join our awesome collaborative team, providing direct support to both management and our frontline staff.The position is a fixed term fulltime position until 30 June 2025, while the incumbent is working in another role.We are looking for an admin officer who is confident with a warm personality, who is proactive and remains calm under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills; be IT savvy and able to work efficiently, managing competing priorities daily. A can-do positive attitude with discretion and sound judgement are a must. Nimbleness is also a must.The successful candidate will work closely with the district management team as well as the wider cohort of District Administrators across the Maori Land Court nationally.In This Role You Will Be Required ToProvide administrative support relating to expenses, travel, and general account keeping. This will involve regular phone/email contact with a variety of providers across the Ministry of Justice.Provide professional and courteous reception and telephonist services on a shared basis.Provide day to day support to the local management team.O Pukenga/Skills And ExperienceNo candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
