Distribution Centre Team Leader Pm Shift (Permanent)

Job Description We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic, reliable, happy to get "stuck in" and see a job through from start to finish.
Based in our Rolleston Distribution Centre, you will be working alongside a team that is dedicated to delivering product correctly to our customer, while achieving great productivity rates.
To fill the Team Leader position on our evening shift; we are looking for someone that can keep up with our fast-paced environment.
This busy role will offer you a variety of tasks, including: Leading by example to achieve site targets Assisting the Shift Manager with team management Using a RF scanner and Warehouse Management System Obtaining an overall knowledge of every operational department Jumping in and giving the team a hand Health and safety - actively promoting safe work practices and ensuring a safe work environment is maintained at all times Shift time: 2pm to 12.30am four days a week (between Monday and Friday) Qualifications Problem solving and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to use initiative and work independently Distribution/Warehouse experience MHE experience Knowledge of team dynamics Additional Information In return we offer, a fun, supportive team culture within a business that cares about and recognises individuals.
